Petawawa Terrace Provincial Park, Petawawa Ontario
215 hectares and 12kms of walking trails this is the perfect spot to explore with smaller children, your dog or anyone who isn’t feeling a challenging hike. The forest has been played in by hundreds of children so there are loads of forts to explore, little tree lookouts, hidden artwork and bird feeders to hunt down. This is also an excellent spot to practice your flora and fauna identification!
